Some news from Australia sent to me from a very proud breeder Jen Eaton in reference to a youngster she bred and now owned by Amanda and Jill Houston .As you read this Winx will amaze you just how truly Versatile the Swedish vallhund is .
Winx , was sired by Ch Osuno Strike a Pose at Ubiqque and dam Ch Bararwolfe Snow Princess at Ubiqque . Jen is very understandably proud of her not only her Grand championship. Aparently from records she is the most titled Vallhund in Australia and Pacific (she will stand to be corrected if shes wrong ) I remember the days when we used to have to write out all entry forms there would never be room on them . She is almost 3yrs old .
. Dwd gained Freestyle , Starter Novice Intermediate and Advanced and then Freestyle Champion . Dwd Heelwork to music Starter, Novice Intermediate and Advanced , Major wins was Topdog dwd 2022 and 3 state wins ..
Tricks she gained Starter , Novice and Intermediate . Her Major win was State Trick Novice .
Agility gained her Novice and Excellant .Major wins were State Novice agility .
National win on qualifying trial .Jumping gained Novice excellant and Masters . Major wins State novice jumping 3rd place in jumping masters national final .
She now can add Grandchampion, her Dancing with dogs Freestyle and Heelwork to music is outstanding too. Her name with titles ; Tri,Ch. (R) (Fs) fs Gr.Ch.Htm Ch Ubiqque Dont Walk Away Tk.1.Adm.Jdm .(think thats all of them )
No wonder you are all so proud of Winx and her owners .Congratulations to you all x
Back in the uk Julie Price took her puppy Ebba , Pepperthyme Jeroboam to Chepstow and District under judge Denise Steir - Eldridge who awarded her Bpib and Pastoral puppy group 4 .
Dianne Roarbach and Lynn Pallatina took Ursa ,Valltineya Bella Starr to Boston Champ show and won Bpnsc under judge Mrs Raewyn and she allso won Special Beguiner , not their day in the groups.
Sadly Alabama Rott is now spreading across the country again im not aware how many have died so far this year , I know at Wareham and Dorchester both in Dorset there have been 5 deaths sadly , but i know there are several more across the country Bearing in mind this news mostly seems to be forestry areas ,possibly in boggy areas or stagnant water but no definate cause or trigger . When checking over your dogs especially watch for sores and cuts on their paws and legs .and underbelly . I have always given the boys a thorough washing including standing them in water , perfect time to check for ticks and grass seeds too
Please send me your news ,also I believe entries are now open for the dual club championshow .
